You may think that the combination of sweet and savory does not work. I recommend you to try the Airfried Banana Muffins and Spam before you make up your mind.

This AirFryer recipe presents to you a real Breakfast for Champions. And the best part – it is gluten free! I have experimented before with going gluten free and always struggle since I love bread too much. These Airfried Banana Muffins (with coconut) really do change my perspective though. They are fluffy, not too sweet and satisfy well enough my “gluten” craving.

The Spam Ham, on the other hand, just adds the final touch to the dish. Its savory flavor is a perfect fit for the muffins. I usually pour Maple syrup on top to bring out the flavors even more.

If you are big on Breakfasts and have already tried the Airfried Banana Muffins and Spam, I suggest you to also check out the Airfried Breakfast Wrap or AirMcFried Muffins. Alternatively, if you are in a healthy mode, you can also look at the Airfried Eggs and Asparagus wrapped in Bacon. As you can already guess, I am a huge Breakfast Fan. Hence this is not the last time you will be seeing me ramble about my Breakfast Adventures!
