Ingredients
2 eggs
2 bacon strips
Fresh asparagus
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Red cayenne pepper to taste
How To
- Airfry the eggs for 12 minutes at 260F / 120C
- Sprinkle the asparagus with pepper, after cutting off the endings
- Wrap the bacon strips around a bundle of asparagus
- Once the eggs are out, place in ice water for a couple of minutes before peeling them
- Airfry the asparagus wrapped with bacon for 12 minutes at 390F / 180 C
- Season with salt and cayenne pepper
