The History of AirMcFried Muffins
These AirMcFried muffins are definitely a Breakfast for Champions dish. I did obviously got inspired by Mcdonald’s Mcmuffins when naming my dish. The Mcdonald’s signature dish was invented back in 1972. The company was trying to compete with the famous Eggs Benedict typical American breakfast. Little did they know that 50 years later, their breakfast invention would still be popular worldwide. Mcdonald’s claims that the muffins have only 300 kcal. This can be definitely considered a healthy calorie intake for breakfast. I believe that we would be enjoying the Mcmuffins regardless of their actual calorie count. The combination of eggs, cheese and a meat patty is just too good to pass on.
My spinoff is obviously Airfried. This shows that we love to experiment and discover new ways of cooking our food.

Should you not have though for instance the muffins all ready, check out my post on Airfried Breakfast Wrap. Since the Wrap Hack became famous on social media beginning of 2021, everyone who has seen it has attempted it at home. The Wrap Hack is indeed one of those “Why I never thought of this” moments and we can all agree our lives are better with it.
