5 Drumsticks and 5 Wings Chicken
1 oz ( 1 pack ) Ranch Dressing Powder
1 cup Milk
4-5 drops Hot sauce
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Air Fried Crunchy Chicken is one of the most popular air fryer foods. The chicken comes out juicy, crunchy, delicious and most importantly oil-free! If you had told me last year that I would be able to enjoy super crispy fried-like chicken without worrying about all the oil it has soaked in, I would not have believe you probably.
Today we are adding some Ranch dressing to the chicken. As we are using one Dry Ranch dressing pack, we will mix half of it in the breading, while the rest of it as a sauce.
The key to making the chicken tender when air frying is the marination time. By submerging the pieces in milk, they tenderize. You can alternatively use butter milk and skip the lemon. I marinated for 1.5 hours. You can up to 5 hours if you have the time.

Mix in a container the chicken with the milk, lemon and hot sauce. Let marinate for 1.5 hours.
Mix in a bowl the breadcrumbs, garlic powder and the ranch dressing powder. Roll the chicken thighs and wings in the mixture as it sticks to the skin.
Air fryer time
Air fry for 25-30 minutes at 380F / 180C, or until the internal temperature is 165F.
Serve with the remainder of the ranch dressing.
