Healthy, crunchy, gluten free and quick, this Sesame crusted Chicken strips are a must try in your Air fryer. The Air fried Sesame chicken take less than 30 minutes.
Firstly, as sesame is gluten-free, this is a healthier and keto option to breaded chicken strips. I did use mayonnaise instead of egg wash for the sesame seeds to stick better. You can, of course, replace it with beaten eggs.
Additionally, I recommend pairing the chicken strips with honey mustard. The tangy mustard compliments well the sesame chicken.
All in all, this Air fried Sesame Chicken is a great dish to change up your usual Chicken recipes. The taste is quite unique and sesame-y hence I advise to mix in some spices for extra flavors.
