10 small ones Potatoes baby ones if possible
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 oz / 30 gr Grated parmesan
for dipping, optional Sour cream

Air Fried Parmesan Potatoes are one of my favorite recipes to do in the air fryer.

They take only 20 minutes as the potatoes are smaller and they cook faster. On top of this, I love the parmesan crunchy texture.

If you are a potato fan, like me, you will also enjoy the Air fried Rosemary Potatoes or the Air fried Hashbrowns. You can see in the Rosemary potatoes post that parboiling them is a popular technique, especially with big potatoes. These ones, however, do not require any pre-cooking due to their small size.

I would pair these delicious parmesan potatoes with some air fried Honey Mustard Chicken or Pesto Chicken.

Preparation time

Cut each potato in half. Season with the olive oil and spices. Then dip into the grated parmesan.

Air fryer time

Air fry for 20 minutes at 375F / 180C. Serve with sour cream on the side.
