Airfried Rosemary Potatoes are a great side dish.

What the key to success here is that the potatoes are boiled prior to being Airfried. This method softens the veggies. Therefore, once they are cooking in the Airfryer, you get this crunchy texture on the outside and soft on the inside. Additionally, the butter keeps the potatoes moist and juicy.

These Airfried Rosemary Potatoes are great as a dish on their own or a side. They will go well with Airfried Stuffed Chicken or Airfried Chicken Cordon Bleu.

Preparation Time

Peel and cut the potato in cubes.

Cooking Time

Boil the cut potatoes in salt water for 10 minutes. Once out, pat dry and place on your AirFryer pan.

Sprinkle with the spices and place the butter slices on top. Airfry for 10 minutes at 400 F / 200 C.

Season with salt and fresh rosemary (if you have any) to serve.
