minutesAn all air-fried Breakfast wrap – sausage patty, egg salad, avocado and cheese. Such a winning combination!
Ingredients
2 tortilla wraps
2 Cheese slices (I used Edam, Cheddar may be nicer)
Half Avocado
- For the egg salad
3 eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp cayenne red pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
- For the sausage patty
1 sausage
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
How To
- For the Egg Salad
- Airfry the eggs for 15 minutes at 260 F / 120 C
- Once eggs are out, place in ice water bowl for 5 minutes
- Peel the eggs, cut them in small pieces and add to bowl together with mayonnaise, mustard, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix well
- For the Sausage Patties
- Squeeze the sausage meat out in a bowl, mix with the honey, garlic powder and cayenne pepper
- Form the sausage patties – the thinner, the better
- Airfry for 10 minutes at 400 F / 200 C
- Ready to Wrap
- Cut a line on the tortilla wraps and place your fillings per wrap quarter
- Once wrap is wrapped, airfry for 5 minutes max at 400 F / 200C

Notes
- If you like it spicy, add some sriracha on top of the egg salad
- Switch avocado with cream cheese if you do not have one on hand
