Air fried Raspberry Jam is an easy and quick recipe you can make using fresh fruits in just 15 minutes. What I like the most about this jam is that there are no additives and it is simple to make.

The raspberry jam is definitely a perfect pairing for a cheese aperitif. Alternatively, of course, you can have it at breakfast with some toasted bread and butter. You can as well pair this jam with a simple Air Fried Bun or Feta Cheese Bun, or some gooey Air Fried Baked Camembert.

On another note, we can use the same technique and air fry other berry jams such as blueberries or strawberries. Or you can try a seasonal Fig Jam!

All in all, this Air fried Raspberry Jam is a must try and will definitely wow your guests!

Preparation

Mix in a bowl the fruits with the sugar and the vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into an AF-safe dish.

Airfry

Airfry for 15 minutes at 360F / 180C. Take out, stir well and rest.

Cool down

Cool down as long as 4 hours, or serve while still warm.
