Air Fried BrieLT is a fun and quick snack, perfect for the cheese lovers. I do know that Brie cheese is not favorite for all. For me, personally, its strong flavor and creamy texture is overpowering, but also delicious. So in case you are one of those non-brie lovers, you can skip this recipe!
That being said, let’s move on to the air frying part. Now in this occasion, I just air fried the bacon and the bread. Having the bread under the bacon will collect the grease that drips from it during the cooking process. I know some may find this unhealthy, but for me a bit of bacon soak is never a bad idea. You can, alternatively, add the on the bread next to the bacon strips. You can also add in the brie cheese if you like to melt it.
What you can pair this Air Fried BrieLT with you may ask? Well, for starters, some Air Fried Potato Skins or Air Fried Parmesan Potatoes may be a nice addition. Alternatively, you can prepare some Air Fried Nachos or Air Fried Zucchini Chips. Whichever side you choose, I am sure you will enjoy this Air Fried snack to the fullest!

Preparation timeBrush both sides of the bread with mayo. Place them on the bottom of the Air Fryer. Place the grill accessory on top and the bacon strip(s). |

Air fryer timeAir fry for 8 minutes at 280F / 140C. |

Assemble the BrieLTOnce out of the air fryer, assemble your sandwich. Place a piece of lettuce on the bread, brush with mayo, place the bacon and brie, the tomato, lettuce and top with more mayo. Second piece of bread on top and Voila! |
