Adjust Servings:
250 gr Chicken Breast
1/2 cut in cubes Bell pepper
8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp Dry Cumin
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cayenne Red Pepper
For the sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Salsa
1 tbsp melted Butter
1/3 tsp Honey Mustard
1 tbsp Sour cream
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper

    Airfried Chicken Skewers is a fun and quick dish you can cook in your Airfryer in less than 30 minutes. This makes it a perfect and light lunch or dinner.

    You can customize and choose the veggies you prefer. I went with cherry tomatoes and bell peppers. I love how the sweetness and juice of the tomatoes compliment the chicken. Additionally, the seasoning for this dish (cumin and cayenne red pepper) gives it an extra spicy kick. Here, the sauce definitely helps to balance the Airfried Chicken skewers. The creamy tomato texture matches perfectly and is light enough to not overpower the overall taste.

    Preparation time

    Mix in a bowl the cut chicken breasts, seasoning and veggies. Mix well and then place on skewers.

    For the sauce mix the ingredients well in a bowl until smooth.

    Airfry for 20 minutes at 375F / 180C, flipping half way through.
