Airfried Banana Coconut Cookies are a quick recipe for cookies that are healthy and delicious.

All you need is 4 ingredients and 20 minutes. What is great about these Airfried cookies is that they are made of naturally sweet ingredients. Bananas and coconut are healthy, nutritious and make for a great combination. You can skip the vanilla extract as the chocolate on top does also contributes to the sweetness of the cookies. On top of this, this cookie recipe requires no flour so it makes you feel even healthier and its gluten free!

Preparation time

Mix in a bowl the bananas, coconut flakes and vanilla extract. Use your hands to mix well. Form the cookies into balls the size of a golf ball.

Airfryer time

Flatten the cookies in the Airfryer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional) and airfry for 20 minutes at 350F / 175C.
