Air Fried Spaghetti Cupcakes is a creative way to cook your Spaghetti in a fun way. The extra cheese and slight crunch is definitely worth it.

You can customize your Air Fried Spaghetti Cupcakes with various flavors up to your taste. I went with Pesto and Cheeses. What is also great about this dish is that you can serve it as a main or side dish. The presentation is on point so you can impress your guests. I did burn the edges slightly so be careful when you place it in the Air Fryer.

Pasta is definitely one of the ingredients that is not very easy to air fry. You can try my version of the Feta Pasta in the Air fryer or the Mac’N’Cheeseoriginal and the Tuna Melt version.

I would also suggest pairing this pesto spaghetti cupcakes with some Pesto Chicken.

Steps

1
Done

Preparation time

Boil your spaghetti as per the instructions. Mix in a bowl with the pesto.

One forkful of pesto spaghetti per cupcake. Sprinkle with the cheese on top.

2
Done

AIrfryer time

Airfryer for 12 minutes at 360 F / 180 C. Check on it half way through to ensure the spaghetti don't burn.

3
Done

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and sprinkle on top of the Spaghetti balls once they are on a serving plate.
