Ingredients
8 Chicken wings
4 Chicken leg
- For the Marinate
1 cup Butter milk
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
1/5 cup Hot sauce
- For the Breading Mix
1/5 cup Flour
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
3 tbsp Red Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Dried garlic
How To
- Place the chicken in a bowl and pour the butter milk, BBQ sauce, Hot sauce on top
- Let it marinate for at least an hour. The longer it marinates, the more tender it gets
- In a bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, dried garlic and red cayenne pepper
- Take the chicken out of the marinate, using thongs ideally, and drop it in the flour-crumbs mix
- Place the chicken in the AirFryer for 20 minutes at 380 F / 190 C
- Flip the chicken and AirFry for 15 minutes longer

- Use a parchment paper under the chicken for easy cleanup afterwards
AirFried Crunchy Chicken
Making AirFried Crunchy Chicken is a goal for most new Airfryer-ers when they begin airfrying.
Marinating the meat as long as possible in the buttermilk mix will make the chicken more tender and moist when cooked. If you do not have butter milk on hand, you can mix milk, few drops of lemon and white vinegar. Stir the mixture for a few minutes to make your own copycat buttermilk.
