Airfried Breakfast Muffins is yet another amazing Breakfast for Champions you can make in your Airfryer in 30 minutes.

What I love about this Airfryer recipe is that you can choose your ingredients. I went with Cheese (obviously), SPAM and Bell Peppers, or basically what I had in my fridge.

I was not sure if the mixture was dense enough to cook through in the Airfryer. Luckily, I was wrong. The Airfried Breakfast Muffins came out perfectly moist and cooked. I recommend though, once you take them out, to try to remove out of the muffin silicone holder to ensure the egg is not too runny. I had difficulty the first time and popped the Muffins back in for additional time.

Many times we do not even have enough time to spend cooking for the most important meals of the day, Breakfast. The Air Fryer comes in very handy here since there are multiple quick air fried Breakfast dishes you can prepare. I have listed some for you in the 7 Breakfast Air Fryer Ideas. You can as well try out the Spanish Tortilla if you are feeling adventurous and Spanish-y. It is a traditional breakfast tapa or dish served in Spain, made of eggs and potatoes.

Preparation time

Mix in a bowl the 4 eggs, Spam, Peppers and grated cheese. Mix until the eggs are beat. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour into the muffin silicone holders, up to the rim.

Airfryer Time

Airfry for 20 minutes at 300 F / 150 C
