Ingredients
10 mini peppers
Your choice of cheese – cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, cream cheese work well
10 rice paper sheets
How To
- Cut and remove the seeds from the peppers
- Fill them with your desired cheese (I used cream cheese and aged cheddar for mine)
- Position the pepper on the rice paper sheet and roll up
- Airfry for 12 minutes at 400F / 200C, flip half way through
