What goes well with AirFried Feta Cheese?
This is a Mediterranean-inspired recipe, hence any dish with similar flavors would be a good pairing. I normally would serve Airfried Meatballs or AirFried Stuffed Chicken to go with this Airfried Feta Cheese Salad. Alternatively, this dish can be enjoyed by itself and it is suitable for vegetarians.
Feta Natural Saltiness
As Feta Cheese is naturally salty, you can note that I have not added any salt in this recipe. Needless to say, once you taste the feta you have picked up, you can decide if it needs extra salt. I have focused more on the herbs used for this Feta Cheese Salad as they compliment the strong flavor of the cheese itself.
A trick to make your Feta Cheese less salty? You can brine it in water for a few days and keep refrigerated. This method will extract the salt in the Feta.
