minutesOne of my favorite easy recipes – Meatballs. Less than 20 minutes and you have the juiciest, most delicious meatballs ever!
Ingredients
120 gr minced meat
1 sausage
2 shallots
1 garlic clove
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
grated parmesan
tomato sauce (can be homemade or store bought)
How To
- Cut the shallots and garlic
- Mix in a bowl the meat with the sausage, egg, shallots, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs and spices
- Form the mixture into balls
- Grate parmesan in a bowl and roll the balls in it
- Place in the AirFryer for 13 minutes at 390 F / 200 C
- While the balls are airfrying, prepare the tomato sauce in a pan
- Once ready, transfer the balls to the tomato sauce for a few minutes to simmer and absorb the juices

- I use beef minced meat as I like the taste better
- Mix a bit of red wine in the tomato sauce for a tangy taste
- You can herbs (oregano and basil) and brown sugar to the tomato sauce for more flavors
