Airfried Carrot Cake is a delicious dessert you can airfry in your Airfryer in 30 minutes.
The steps are quick and easy to follow. As a result, the Carrot cake comes out moist and perfectly cooked.

Preparation timeMix all the spices with the flour, eggs and coconut oil. Add the shredded carrots last in. Mix well. |

Airfryer timePour the mixture in an oiled up Airfryer basket and airfry for 25 minutes at 350F / 170C. You can check if the cake is ready by sticking a toothpick in the middle and checking if it comes out clean. |

For the frostingMix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and melted butter. Whisk until smooth. Once the Carrot cake is out, cover with the frosting and refrigerate for a couple of hours. |
